The setup fee covers the design and build of your website from scratch: layout, copy placement, image sourcing guidance, mobile testing, and moving everything onto our hosting before launch. It's a one-time charge, not a recurring cost.
Yes. Most clients start on Starter and move to Growth once they need more pages or faster turnaround. We'll prorate the difference and only charge for any new pages built.
Text changes, swapping photos, updating prices or hours, and adding a testimonial all count as one update each. Larger changes, like a new page or a redesigned section, are quoted separately.
There's no long-term contract. Hosting is billed monthly, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. The setup fee is non-refundable once design work has started, since that's billed for the time spent building your site.
Basic order forms and booking forms are included in Growth. For full online stores with payment processing and inventory, reach out and we'll send a custom quote based on your catalog size.
